When I make posts to the diary I often wonder if anyone really sees them. If I'm above ground and able there will be another diary. I'm quite sure I can compete with the melon HH's next year.

Congrats brotherdave.

I have considered entering one in the Minnesota state fair, but I just don't know. It's not worth anything financially, but there is some name recognition.

I think it would be cooler to stand there and hand out seed packets and instructions and see if more people would start growing them.
