If you want to see a melon that seems spectacular at this point in a young 2010 growing season please check out Iceman's last diary entry & picture for Saturday, June 12. Here is his description of this very young and fast growing melon "105 OTT, 40.5 lbs, 34.5" girth and 17" long. It was probably pollinated in very late May. I think this is one with world record potential.

I knew that sounded really fat. Looking at the pics confirmed my thoughts. That thing is going to have some serious girth. Thats nice to see that it is on the Ice Mans own seed. Good luck Ice Man
