I have ordered both fulvic & humic acids and read they are recommended as an aid to help plants in the uptake of nutrition. I have no experience with them. So, any comments or recommendations from any of you growers that may have used these in the past or are currently using them? Are they good to use as a foliar spray or just as a supplement to a watering program ? Thanks for any feedback.

TD, I am no expert...but thinkin that humic and fulvic acids, are stuff you apply to the soil...not the plant!!! Thinkin it aids in soil bacterial activity, which will help yer plant uptake nutrients more readily!!! Hope this helps...but site search here on bp.com might give ya some answers from folks that know!!! Peace, Wayne

Plant and soil with each, same treatment as the pumpkins. I add a small amount just about every time I water or spray.
