For those I have sent seeds of the cross melon I breed(Now named the Bradford 107), I have posted a photo of what you can expect, its under my user name in the photo gallery. In the photo you can see the black stripes of the CC cross the dark color of the Black diamond and three stars from the Sun Moon and Stars
The seeds you got came from this melon grown in 2007, It weighed in at 130lbs. I had several this year (2008)in the 150-160 range. these results were achieved with no special treatment they were planted in one end of my regular watermelon patch.
This year I have cleared a spot 300ft away from my carolina cross patch where I will give them all the TLC I show my cc cross melons. I think 200lbs can easily be achieved.
