How long do you let your vines grow? After pinching the sucker vines and covering the main and secondary vines how long do you let them grown?
Until end of season or at some point do you pinch off the ends of all vines?

I cut my main vine 8 to 10 feet past the fruit that I decide to keep. It also depends on the age of the plant and your growing season and how fast you want to start sending most of the plants energy to your chosen fruit.

I let each secondary grow for about 10 ft this year and cut the main after the pumpkin. I think that's on the smaller side though, a lot of growers probably do 15 or 20 ft for their secondaries.
