Anyone else ever have PM this early?

My 2493 wolf showed some spots while in the cold frame in late May. Now its presented more aggressively. Used quintec earlier this week and Eagle today and companion since it was in the ground. My 1952 Kogut is next to the 2493 but only shows a few spots and seems under control.

Has anybody tried a product called Milstop? A little pricey but cheap if it works.

Mancobez. Maybe try Eagle 20 for knockdown curative. I only use Eagle 20 in times like these.

Just an FYI on Eagle 20 or other myclobutanil fungicides for use on PM. Most powdery mildews in the Eastern US have developed resistance to myclobutanil so it is no longer recommended for PM. If growers are seeing control of PM and using Eagle it is most likely the other products that are controlling it. Check Meg McGrath's site at Cornell for the most current and effective fungicides. Wealth of info on the Cornell site.

From one of my even-longer-winded replies:
"I was very happy with applying Joel Holland's Mildew Cure to my AGs in 2020, and if you Search Window it you may find another post about it where another grower recommends what to do for smaller quantities than that 2.5-gallon size.
It is an all-natural product based upon and smelling like garlic, which makes me think of pizza, which makes me happy, so...
The REASON I bring this up is so that if nothing else, you can treat it nicely, even before it appears.
I used overhead sprinklers AND a hose-end nozzle-trigger sprayer.
Good times!"

I'll swear by it - PM Dawn, err, Gone by the next day, and it is FUN to apply with overhead AND a garden hose sprayer.
Not sure about recurrence, if EVER that year, but it's magic, nonetheless!

Like Geddes said, the resistance is real. They did some tests on all the pm with many different chemicals. The one that showed the best results by far was the " Vivando " straight from the speakers mouth to our ears.
It will surely be in my rotation next year thanks to KC kevin sharing some of his with me.:)

I love the science behind growing and if you stay on top of what's working best, you can add many pounds to your fruit at the end of the season.

I can't even use subdue anymore,,,, the disease in my soil eats it like sugar it seems.

Staying on top of these little changes can be the difference in many pounds come weigh off day.

WOW! Great read! I might be wrong but it looks like Neem oil and Daconil are 2 things you can get locally that should work. I also have some Cease and Inspire Super that might work.

Threads like this Jeff help everyone learn so much! It was just like being at the convention.

The resistance these plants have is incredible and they seem to be getting more and more resistant to many of the chemicals we use.

I have been using neem oil to keep the cuke beetles in check. Luckily, it’s been so wet here and the neem oil has the added benefit of preventing PM. I’m sure we will get it sooner or later, much later hopefully.

Ordered Milstop (K bicarb) Took out the worst leaves.
The heavy bravo application seems to have helped a great deal.
Going to do the milstop and follow with brave.Taking eagle out of the rotation.
