I think you will find that time is not universal in computer world. On my laptop, BP is 19 seconds slower than my laptop so I adjusted accordingly.

Click on your clock to get the seconds to show, and when it hits the top of a minute, hit reply to this thread. That is how I measured my lag earlier today.

Come on i watched the BP clock from 7;45 until 7;59 when i submitted . I have always bid at the last minute at live auctions with no problem. I was not late !!Just sayin
