I picked up some of this at Halifax Seed Ltd today. It comes from a company called Premier Tech Biotechnologies of Riviere du Loup, Quebec. It is listed as having 7 active propagules of Glomus intraradices/g.It is labeled as 100% natural.[Mycorise]
Anyone out there in Canadian pumpkin land familiar with this????

It's good stuff Bill. Just make sure you get the fresh stuff. I got mine from Halifax seed and they called me when it was ready.

Yes, look at the expiry date on the container. Lots of places still have old product that they need to get rid of before they order fresh stuff. I found that to be the case in our area.

What was the price & what sizes did they come in.

Good luck,

Phil

I paid $11.99 for a 1.5 L (1.4 US dry qt) plastic container.( brand new stuff = expiry date is 2011)In weight that equates to only 425 grams (15 oz)!!! That's expensive for a small container however I believe it can be purchased in larger quantities at a better price. I am investigating further and plan on contacting the company(Premier Tech ) directly. I'll keep you posted whenever I find out!
Thanks for your info.

Thanks Bill. We used it back in 2002 & were happy with the results, but we couldn't get any fresh stuff after that. We started using Joel's Bio Endo Plus after that, but now use a mixture of both the RTI Pumpkin Pro & Bio Endo Plus.

Let me know what kind of price you get for a bigger size. Thanks again.

I purchased the same container as you Andy, at Richie's feed in Ottawa. I paid $13 for the same stuff. Any luck finding a cheaper price anywhere?

Probably not, Bill paid $12 so your $13 isn't unreasonable. A little goes a long way.
