i would not suggest putting any postage on your SASBP, (i guess it would be a SABP then), put 5 dollars into the bubble instead to cover costs for the grower you are asking seeds from. Dollars are not hard to come by overseas, you can buy them at any Bank or supermarket,(cheaper then toilet paper right now)

I have already sent a few bubbles over seas and have found that everything so far is under 2 dollars US. So that is what I usually say in my note to the growers. I still have seeds left to share if any growers are interested please email me at jkpayoung@hotmail.com John

What Owen said. European stamps sure will be of no use overseas. Putting in 5 bucks should be no problem.

Owen, what about foriegn money like Euros and such, where in the states could I cash that in for exchange, will most banks cash that in here or do you know off hand? I collected a lot of Euros over the past 4 years,lol

I understand that they will, when I was still active duty and visited my folks in the 80's I use to cash in German Marks at the bank back then.
BTW, sorry for commenting on your bill bobier post, i truly hope that you get the contact info soon.
