Today I noticed 25 to 50% growth reduction today. Temperature drop from max 27 to max 20 degrees in two days(minimum from 19 to 14). How do you experience the European weather change?

Yep, a few kg/day decrease on some of the plants. Only the 1095 Wallace which no longer has a stump or part of its main vine has picked up the pace.

Owen, how about the humidity of the leaves under the floating cover? Hint: Condensation water?

I have the floating cover high enough off the leaves so that it gets good circulation Hans-Werner. My biggest problem is when it rains.........

Today it seems growth reduction is much less than expected, allmost same speed continues, happy, happy.:-)
Only on thing of concern, juust like yours Brad, rotten parts on the main stem. I cleaned as much as possilble with dry grass, tomorrow checkup. The damage is only at some spots on the surface of the stem, the main part is still fine.
Putting a blanket on the fruit? People will think I am obsessed (I am) and mad (I hope I am not yet) lol
