Ok now, having the best start the 826 Handy is heading forward first, after it both of the Olsen brothers 474 and 628 doing good, but being really a bit behind, fourth is the 621 Pley, yellow cotted, not having a good start at all. There they go, 826 Handy seems to grow in another league, leaving all others far behind, the Pley catching up with the Olsens. The three hunting for the Handy now at the same level, seing it disappear on the horizon. The Pley getting stronger and stronger and growing towards the Handy size. The Olsens going for them but falling back ... Still the Pley is catching up and almost reaching the Handy ... ALMOST! The Handy still going and going. Now they are coming to the patch area and, hey, the Pley catches up on the Handy giving its best and finally overtaking it, what a race! But what is this, the Olsens are overtaking the Handy, which is falling back and needs a pitstop. Going for the Pley the 474 attacks without warning and suddenly leading the race, followed by the 628. There it happens, the 474 has a flat tire and is slowing down, whereas the 628 is overtaking it and now leading the race before the Pley, Handy and 474 ... to be continued. Anyone been watching Fomular 1 this weekend ;-))?

Hehe! Owen and Jernej: The funny thing is, all I wrote in the post above is TRUE. Each and every single of my plants was at least once leading the pack ... obviously this may change again a few times and I really can`t tell which is the favourite, really exciting in my eyes .. compared to F1 and especially the last race, the excitement is double. Every day i visit my patch, I`m eager to see how the race is going ...

Heino,
Keep having fun! Gardening is supposed to be pleasant and not something to bring our spirits down.

I am looking forward to see what my 869.5 Calai will produce and really looking forward to seeing my first two squash this year. The 552 Sherwood and 895 Hester squash should at least produce something green which I have never had before in my patch.

I am also enjoying the growing.
Best regards!
Michel
