Hey Scott!
One thing it looks like you are missing on this soil test is the percent base saturation of your major cations. A lot of people like to follow these values. So I have you as follows:
Ca 76%
Mg 17%
K 6%
Your soil is looking pretty good to me. Add that sulfur for sure.
