The 2 items that stand out is very low sulfur and low Om%.. The om% is a long term fix.You can add some elemental sulfur max 2 lbs 1000 square feet and/or gypsum and mag sulfate..You want to strive for a ca/mag ratio of 6.5/1 if you add them.
