Aparently I sent my samples off too the wrong A & L labs. $30 per sample from this one didnt tell me anything more than the $7 per sample I paid last year too LSU told me. I used the A & L Great Lakes in Fort Wayne, Indiana. (for the last time)
Didnt even give me a classification for soil type this time.

did they give you any base saturation numbers?
My first reaction is that you need a bunch of well rotted manure. Did you add anything in the fall after the test was taken?

Consider communicating with Texas Plant and Soil Lab, in Edinburgh, TX. They employ a Carbon Dioxide extraction process as this manner replicates the way plants naturally take up nutrients in any type of soil medium.
www.tpsl.biz , or (956) 383-0739, contact and discuss the details. Ask for either of two men there, a Noel G. or Wayne T. Say that Ross (with Soil Mender Products) from the recent ACRES conference referred them to you.
Every test report is a moment-in-time assessment, and it is encumbent upon the grower to test periodically, within a set of consistency parameters, and to know the progressive amendment sequences that have been applied to affect all test report numbers over time. You need to know the trend-line (avg./mean)of respective numbers based on what one has done through fertilization, compost amending and harvests.
