the only manure i can find is fresh but the guy said it is free and he can deliver it free should i use this or not if so should i go ahead and work it in or just pile it until spring then tii thanks

Take it by all means. You can add 3-4 inches now then compost the rest for later use.

Fresh manure? What kind if it is horse I would restrict use for a while. You can take and compost it for later use.

Iplaced 12 half ton truck loads of fresh horse manure over a 2500sqft patch last fall and had my best season in 3 years.

Take all you can get Jed, especially if its delivered free! If your going to add the manure, do it now. I wouldnt add any of the fresh stuff in the spring though.

Jed-- as the guys said ---take all you can get--put 4-6 down and spray with 8 oz of Molasses and 4 oz of Symbex mixed together --till in lightly and put the patch to bed for the winter--craig
