But I will ask anyways!!! What should I plant as a winter cover crop here in KY!!! I want an answer that I can find locally!! A product, or combo or products that are available at the local farm supply store!! Is there such a product?? Peace, Wayne

Wayne, rye seems to be the best pick from most growers. but i could not find it , so i was told to use winter wheat cover crop. and put it on heavy. mine is up and is 5" to 6" tall as of today. hope this helps, Bill

Wayne, My co-op had both rye & winter wheat. The rye was alot more, so the said use the wheat.
