How long does it take for soil test results to come through the mail. I've been waiting about 2 months

AleX is right,2 to 3 weeks is maximum especially at this time of year when it is the closed season for most commercial Growers and farmers who would have had their soil Analyses done in the Fall or will be having it done in the Spring. Most Lab's are quiet at this time of year and tend to get soil samples processed more quickly.
