ph is way low. phosphorus is way high, potassium is ok, calcium is high, magnesium is OK, organic mater is OK, nitrogen can vary with weather; lots of rain can leach it out. It looks like you need to raise the ph, maybe add lime. Phosphorus that high will make micorrhizae ineffective. You need to plant cover crops that feed heavily on phosphorus and remove them and all the crop residue to lower the P. Grain crops remove some P. If you give an area a rest for a season, alfalfa is best for pulling out phosphorus if you remove it all. I definitely would not be adding any manure or compost for a while until test results are better.

819 lbs is awesome, follow Iowegians advice and get your PH raised, and over 1000lbs in 2018 is very possible.
