Giant Pumpkin Growers....

I am a first timer, and plan on entering the Elk Grove Weigh in with my daughter, I am looking to connect with a few people in the area to share info with

I went to the convention last weekend, and got some great seeds, and now wish I would have spent more time socializing :)

I'll be at the elk grove weigh off as long as I have a decent specimen.I only grow 2 plants so there is some risk that I end up with nothing. On the other hand I, can baby each plant.

I have decided to try something new. I transplanted early into cold frames and have 10 ft long vines. I'm trying to avoid pollinating in 100 degree heat this year. will it work, I'll know soon
