Hi all GP growers! I'm a new GP grower in Northern Ontario and I believe my nutrients are locked up. My leaves are light green/yellow with green veins. I have added Epsom salts with not much improvement. I was thinking it might be a manganese deficiency but without a soil analysis it's hard to tell. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to 'unlock' nutrients? And if it is manganese...how much do you add??

You need a soil test to determine a baseline on what you have to deal with. Western labs will give recommendations on what you can start with, but a soil test is the first start. Can fix if you don't know what it is....

In the meantime, while waiting for results, maybe spraying with molasses (dissolved in water) will do no harm. I am trying that with my 2 vines, one of which has a bit of yellowing.

Molasses provides Calcium, Manganese, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Copper and some other minerals in smaller quantities. Worth a try. I just sprayed my two plants.
