Someone gave me a bag of 9-15-32 fertilizer. It can be root feed or foliar feed. Is this a good fertilizer for pumpkins and would it be ok to put it on after the fruit has set. Thx

That sounds good to me. Also try adding 1/2 cup of epsom salts and a spoonfull of 20 mule team borax per 100 gallons with the recommended amount.

I wouldn't add either the Epson salt or borax with out a soil or tissue test either one in large quantities can cause problems.
The fertilizer should be ok in moderation.

I wouldn't add it unless you know what you have going on. I defendantly wouldn't add the borax without knowing your boron level. unless you want to kill your plant.

Too much Boron is toxic!! I over applied last year due to bad math.

Keep an eye on those math skills Kevin!!! Try and add 30 X 15 and that's how much fillets you will have in a few weeks;) If you can't figure it out, call Me! lol
