In ideal conditions how many days from pollination to finished pumpkin does it take. Most seed Packets state 120-130 days from germination of seed to finished pumpkin. Trying to figure out when to start seeds here in piedmont of Nc. Our weigh off is in late September. Help would be appreciated.

Look on AGGC.org. most pumpkins are weighed 90-100 days after polination

Count back 150 to 160 days and that is you.

from pollination to finish is mostly 90 to 100 days. a few exceptions on both ends but 90-100 is a good average.

CP, don't forget the 50-60 days of plant growth prior to pollination!!!So take an avg. 55 of plant growth 95 of pkn growth, 150 days in total...give 5 or 10 either way?? PS...how close is Arden to Monroe? LOL Sounds like a mentor??? Peace, Wayne
