Two plants in the ground for about a 10 days now. Both plants are growing. Both plants are showing the same symptoms The first leaf is floppy and weak looking the second leaf looks OK, but its still very small. Overall, the plants do not look very vigorous. I have added a tablespoon of Neptune's to the watering can but that did not help. I will post a link to the diary picture when it becomes available.

Wally, mine were severely stunted the first 2 weeks. They got little nubs, and then that was it. Once they really rooted and it heated up for some time, they took off. Both are about 4 feet now.

Looks healthy to me. These plants really do not get going until about 3 weeks - month after planting. But once they get going they won't stop and you get tertiary growth all over the place. lol

Thanks everyone for the replies. I took the picture this morning after a pretty heavy thundershower. It was their first time being rained on since I put them out side last week. Today I was at a barbecue all afternoon, but I was able to get home just before it started to get dark. The plants look better than this morning. I put the cut worm rings around them made out of the tops of some plastic nursery pots. I sunk them down about 2 inches. I also sprinkled seven dust around the ring. Hopefully I did not cut too many roots pushing those rings down around the plants. They have a 10 inch diameter. I think I would rather loose a few roots at this stage rather than having some freakin cut worm chop my plant down. Hopefully the plants will continue to strengthen. Thanks for the encouragement.
