howdy is there only 1 main vine and all others secondarys and tertiarys or are there multiple main vines? i have vines coming out the back of my stump much smaller than the main should i keep them?

normally there is a main vine that is your first true main. shortly thereafter the plant usually wants to grow a back main (which runs in the opposite direction from the main) thats what you seem to have. if your growing just a main vine /christmas tree style then you should prue off the back main and first set of sides on the main vine.---go from there. if your plant has the room to grow out that back main? you could grow two christmas tree plant patterns. one off the main vine/ one off the back main vine. ----- grow one fruit on each. pap

thanks for the reply no room out back but ive trained rear vines like secondarys they are still behind the first true secondarys should i leave or cut do you think

you could leave them until you run out of room. just dont get the area to congested. allow for air circulation between the rows of vines when possible pap
