I got my eagle fungicide today in the mail. It was highly recommended by Nic Nitrate and Tremor.

Now that I have it, can I get advise on how to use it.
I am pretty sure that a foliar spray is recommended.
Should I also mix up a 2nd batch for a soil drench?
How much should go into a one gallon sprayer?
Is it good or bad to spray this stuff just before it rains? or am I better off spraying it after it rains?

Thanks andy, Whats a ML? Can you convert that into tablespoon or teaspoon for me? Have you ever used this Eagle stuff before? What did you think of it?

I think 1ml is o.2 teaspoon so 2ml would be almost half a teaspoon.

5 ml is one teaspoon so ya 1/2 teaspoon would work. Get a few nutrient syringes for mesuring things like this....one wrong measurement and your plants could be toast.

You can get oral syringes for giving children liquid medicine at a local drug store (usually free for the asking). A ml is the same as a cc on those syringes.

I dilute 3 mil per gallon as a foliar.

Most drug stores will give you a medical syringe as they're used for dosing medicine to infants/small children.

Tom, Tremor, and Nic., I am very happy to hear from all three of you.

Tom, it sounds like you have been using this stuff.
I will go with 1/2 teaspoon, if you think that's good.
How come you don't sell this stuff on your web site?

Tremor and Nic., Please let me know if you agree that 1/2 teaspoon is correct

This eagle stuff was very expensive and I would really like to get the full potential from it. 1/2 teaspoon in one gal. of water sounds like a very light dose to me.
However, If this stuff is as potent as it sounds I will be following the advise I get from you. I do NOT want my plant to turn into toast.

You need a special license to sell this and other controlled fungicides and pesticides.
That said, I've been using Eagle for 5 years, I havent seen PM since then.
I will give you the same advice Steve gave me years ago. 2-3 mil is perfect, use less more often.
3 mil is approx 1/2 teaspoon.

Thanks tom for the advise. When you say use less more often, What would be considered more often with this eagle stuff. Once per week? Is that what you do?

Very happy to here that it works that well for you. I hope that I can get the same results. PM has always been a huge problem for me. I have an overcrowded patch due to space limitations, I also have a restricted air flow due to a fence and close proximity to the house.

Nic, you can get this product very easily from reputable sources, and sources that do no follow the law to the word. I prefer to run my company legally and only carry and sell items that I legally can.
Wally I apply at that rate weekly. It has been nothing less than successful.

I didn't know eagle was controlled until after I bought it. Maybe in Ohio you do not need a license for it.
