I have a pumpkin on the vine #200lbs , growing slowed down alot and I really have not put many chemicals on the vine . Is there anything I can do to get the pumpkin growing again . My email I's johnboyz@tds.net any advise helpfull!!!! Arkansas

once the growth slows its a natural progression that the fruit is going through. (unless the slow down was cold weather related?) they dont ramp up once growth starts to slow. a healthy pumpkin should continue to slow for several weeks then will stop. if its slowed because of any disease problems ? you will know that rather quickly as well.
