Ok, here is the situation:
I bury my vines. It's been raining for about 3-4 days. This morning, very foggy, damp, and wet.
Then, I see this white stuff growing all over the soil.
I've hit it with some fungicide, but should I be concerned?

Did you use mycor when you buried the nodes?
if so you might have jumped the gun with the fungicide

I didn't use mycor.
Since my garden soil is Georgia hard-packed soil and too hard to dig up, my wife bought some bags of potting soil at home depot - that way she didn't have to take a pick-axe to the cement like ground.
Well, after 3-4 days of rain, that white stuff showed up. If you look close, that white stuff only appears where the "imported" soil was placed. So, since that imported soil is "rich" compared to the clay "regular" soil, I think that the white stuff is a fungus, eating all the decaying organic matter.
But, should I be concerned? If so, besides hitting it with some fungicide, what should I do?
