With all the rain we have been getting here my garden is very wet. I have not fert. in over a week. Is it a bad idea to use some fish emulsion and further saturate the ground, maybe a granular (if so, what kind) or just wait it out? Also, should I be spraying a fungicide for powdery mildew or will it just wash off with the next rain? I last sprayed 8+ days ago. Thanks for any info...

wait for soil to dry out some or risk mold, rot ect. granular will just burn your plant. spray when you can if it rains soon after spray next possible time that it's not raining spray again
