If its just in isolated areas, its kind of like a scar, but is it over the entire pumpkin?

The stem end has it pretty good,the blossom end and sides are not as bad, but it looks like its going to end up being all over it to some degree. the pumpkin tapes out at 400lbs.

Its off the 1349 sherwood,I have another one on the same plant in the 290 range that isn't showing any signs of it yet, So does this mean the fruit is going to slow down. or is it because I didn't shade it well enough, and then the skin starts to cantaloupe? So does cantalouping slow down progress?
