Subject: too many vines\ got to cut one??????

i have one plant with a main vine 8foot and about halfway down main i have 2 side vines one is ok where it is headed but the other is killing moms flowers and i got one growing out the back too ,did not think i would have 4 vines on one plant can i clip theese vines or would u guy and gals reroute them????? pizza

Reroute if possible... the bigger the plant the more able it is to support the pumpkin.

Do not cut anything you need 300 sq feet at least to get anything big.

Main vines are over-rated--cut it off before it goes out of control! lol

Tell your Mom, that the huge leaves will shade her plants during the really hot summer, and that Flowers are WAY overated, anyway. Did you ever hear of anyone carving a flower for Halloween, or taking 1 to a Weigh-Off???
