Last Friday evening I sprayed some veggies with neem oil and the pumpkins with Eight. The sprays were able to dry, but early Sunday morning we were hit by an isolated storm that dropped a half inch of rain in half an hour and I am worried some of the spray might've washed off because I'm starting to see bugs all over now. Would it be ok to hit everything with a rotenone-pyrethins mix tonight or is it too soon? There's a good chance it will rain tomorrow night through Friday and I will be gone for the weekend, so tonight looks like my last chance until Sunday night.

If it dried (likely) you should be fine.
