I just wanted to make a quick post to introduce myself and say thanks for having such a great site. My name is Tammy, Im a 38 yr old housewife and I live in middle Tennessee. Im totally new to pumpkins, actually Im pretty new to growing anything. I'm a backyard grower with 3 hills of Dills AG's though Im sure I'll have to eliminate some of them soon. I look forward to talking to other growers and I'll try not to ask too many silly questions lol

Hey Tammy. My name is Tina. I live in SC. This is my third year growing. My husband and I grew the SC state record last year. You can ask us any questions you want and not one of them will be silly. We all learn something new every year. That is what makes it fun. The heat here in the South is a big factor in our growing as you will find that out for yourself. Good Luck... :)

Hi, from one grower. Make sure you use the site search, the menu on the first page has alot of info, join a club, keep asking questions like your doing. Seeds, Soil, Sun & Luck.
