Could the two be mixed? If not, how much time should I allow between sprayings? Thanks in advance!

I would not mix them. I myself use them on a rotational basis every 15 days. I use one this time and the other next time.

Neem oil has the reputation of being "hot" so tank mixing is not usually recommended.
