new to the growing large pumkin community and was wondering what is the best place to find seeds for arkansas. i did a little last year with the atlantic giant the pumkins did allright but none got any real good weight. it was a long hot dry year. and it really surprises me that their is not a whole lot of pumpkin growers here maybee this is the year for some to break the small state record and get a little attetion to the sport. i know im really starting to enjoy it.

If you need some seeds just e-mail me at voldathome@yadtel.net they have proven to do well in heat, and dry weather, no cost just SASBP. And welcome. myself, and asorted growers seeds iv'e obtained through clubs, and were not asked for for personal use, but would love to plant them, or another grower plant them would be great. Roger

Hello arkansas, If you beat the heat thing let me know. It is tough on pumpkins above 90 degrees , and thats when ours are trying to put on pounds usually august time. Of my four plants none of them did any better than the others. All you can do is shade and water the best you can. Help them get through the hot days. If you need seeds email Cardz25@aol.com. Kreig
