Hi. My vines are looking healthy and keep pushing out new starts of vines from god knows where. Our temperature yesterday was into ninties and at night about 55 - still summer here. i have been using about four ounces of seaweed extract per day on each vine - we have two - mixed with water at stump area. about every third or fourth day I have been putting on alaska morebloom in same quantity and a few ounces of liquid potasium fertilizer from hydroponics shop. My question is that the leaves look healthy but since i have three weeks left what about a foliar feeding of miracle grow to boost nitrogen a bit as they have not had any in quite a while. Is it too late in season as I would like to see leaves with a bit more dark green hahaha. Thank you. Steve. ps I think we are still getting about 10 pounds or so per day on one pumpkin and about 5 on the other.

with 3 weeks left you should focus on pottasium. Your leafs look healty, so your plant wont decay in 3 weeks. You only want pumpkin growth , viable seeds and a ripe pumpkin. pottasium!

I would listen to Tina & Frank they know what they are talking about. You have done a great job this year & I would hate to see you blow it now.

Hi. Thank you for advice on this. I really appreciate it. As I have said many times before without the numerous tips I have been given I a am sure we would have ended up with no pumpkins this year hahaha. I will continue with seaweed extract and liquid potassium regime. Thank you again for all support. Steve

go ez on even the pottasium no more than a pound or two per plant less is better 0-0-45 is powerful stuff slow and steady wins the race

your pumpkin is almost done growing. let her coast to the finish.
pushing anything into the patch now is like throwing your money into the fire place
