i pollnated a female 3 days ago and knocked the flower of today is this game over for this pumpkin

Savy, if it has set, knocking off the flower will make no diference at all. You should keep polinating in case it hasn't set, the same as you would normally. You will know that it has set in 10 days or so, if it is still bright then, you are probably ok. Good luck.

If you knocked the whole "knob" off, it may make for a weaker blossom end and potentially game over at a much larger weight resulting in a bigger disappointment. If you can pollinate another I think it would be wise.
