i have a bunch of male flowers , each plant has a female flower but very very small. should i cut or pick the male flowers .

Let the males grow, they will keep coming daily. Keep track though, to ensure you will have males for the pollenation day. I would only cut a few males if you were "totally" unsure you were gonna have none open the morning of the female opening.

On the same subject, if you cut a male, how long does the pollen stay good for? Do you store in the fridge?
