ok I am trying to get a hold on all the terms and so on and so forth so I might be way off on what I am planning to do once my plants are big enough, here is what I am thinking and I am just playing it very safe I would be happy with a 100lber....
2 tablespoons of fish/seaweed to a gallon of water per plant per week as a foliar feed. does this sound like a safe call or should I use alot more or a lot less, any help would be great!

Lower rates more often is the safest play. I would stick with the manufacturer's labeled rate or less. Slow & steady wins the race.

defitly start on the safe side, but you may want to slowly up the dose. If you start seeing nute. burns cut back a little and you'll know the max it can take

I am also curious about feeding. How soon after transplanting should I start feeding? Also, Silentb mentioned 2 tbs/gallon of water per week. Do you break that down to a couple times a week, or all at once?

I think Hollands Giants give pretty good instructions.
