1068 Wallace? Hope you got a nice bank account!
As a new grower you would be much better off to obtain a few "cheaper" seeds (free) with good genetic crosses from some of the growers here. Take a year or two to get your soil perfect and learn all you can by trial and error before trying a top seed. Just my 2 cents worth...

hollyjoe, as a relative newcomer, you prbly dont know that the 1068 is prbly the most sought after seed of all time, and in very short supply!!! Sold at auction last year for $850 I believe. I might have a 1068 cross, or a 1068 remake for you if you want. email me @ wsmpeace@aol.com Peace, Wayne
PS...a way that I use to choose what seed I want to grow, is to search thru growers diaries for the grower of a particular seed...see what it looked like...decide what style of pkn you want...big, ugly, orange round, long, flat, (green)!!! Lots of choices. Also a website called briansinsanity will give you a lot of valuable genetic info!!! Hope this helps

if you dont already have a 1068, the chances of you(or even me) getting one is like 100000000000000 to 1. So that means I still have a chance!,lol!

I think the closest thing anyone will find to the 1068, these days, and they are still expensive, would be one that is sibbed, or selfed, from a 1068 such as the 1402 Bosworth.

Then there are the half 1068 offsrping, some that have been crossed with some other wonderfull things.

Good shot you could look at the lineage of some of the best throwers and find 1068 in their family.

That plant will be in AG genetics for many years.

Anything you find with 1068 within 2 generations of the seed, will likely run you some $$$.
