hello treetop good to see a fellow wv grower, im from mill creek wv in randolph county,there is several excellent clubs and groups around,the group in chillicothe ohio(sogpga) is a good group ran by tony vanderpool, theres a group that has a weigh off at altoona pennslyvania(pgpga) that has many world class growers, and i am also trying to help a great group of growers in kentucky (kgpga)get up and running we have a weigh off just outside of somersett kentucky at a place called bear wallow farms in nancy kentucky,we have a great group there, anyway welcome to are obsession and if you need anything email me at burrhead26280@yahoo.com god bless ya keith barrett aka burrhead

BURRHEAD good to hear from you iv been gone for some time i did grow the l.g you sent me iv got up to 90in with crosses of them not much luck with the a.g seed first year had my good one split,ground hogs and deer second year was going to give up but going to try in 08 making a new raised,fenced bed,going to try a white a.g if i find some seed. i cant seem to find the barnville club do you know any of them? thats the closes to me if i ever have one that makes it.

HI Glen, I think the sogpg may be closer then barnesville. I believe they only have a weigh-off there anyway, no clubs. Iam a member of the sogpg also, good guys Doc Liggett, Buddy Conley, Tony.Very helpful. We have are club meeting in i think feb or Mar, so maybe we will see you there. hey glen after i posted i realized who you was he he! i think i can help you in youre search for a white pumpkin check out midnight pumpkin haulers 2005 diary and see the one he grew from my 475 seed which was a 1178 revard x 846 calai, i thought it should have went orange but theres been several white ones from it, email me and let me know anyway congrats on the longourds, and i am with danny i think the sogpga group in chillicothe ohio would be closer for you to go to, i also think brooks bosworth goes to barnesville and theres a grower on this sight goes by night lives close to barnesville anyway ill be looking forward to youre email keith

Barnesville is definately closer than Chillicothe. I also recommend that you get in touch with Brooks.
