This is a Question from Malaysia.
What do they do with the huge Pumpkin after the
Weigh-off?
How many seeds does the huge Pumkin usually produce?

Seeds from Zero - 800 but I've seen more (rarely).
Pigs love pumpkins. We're giving a couple to an area soup kitchen for the needy. We've already warned them to add 10% more sugar than a standard recipe would call for since AGs aren't high in sugar.

we sell most of our pumpkins for carving or display at various locations. we do donate as well. basicly the value of the pumpkin is not as important as the cross you made to produce the seeds inside

I have sold big pumpkins from $30 to $400 ea. I know lots of folks that have sold them for lots more for displyas in shops, bars etc.

My goats love them. They also make great wine!

There is a well known Canadian Grower who makes excellent pumpkin wine, however I have been so far unsuccessful in extracting the recipe.
If you google pumpkin wine, there are lots of recipes.

Collect the seeds, some people launch them in a giant pumpkin launcher and see how far they go, some people build boats out of them, Halloween decoration, front step, donate them to a business.

I give one to my local apple orchard every year and in return I get to pick all the apples I want. They make it the center piece amoungst the field pumpkins they sell.

Wow! so many uses for the Big Pumpkin.
Here in Malaysia, we have small ones which
are sold about US 1.00 a kg. Indians and
Chinese enjoy cooking and eating them. We
cook them with red-hot dry chilly powder and
onions. Sugar is added if necessary. This
used to be a common dish in all traditional
Indian wedding receptions - eaten with rice
on Banana Leaf.

I gave one to a grower today who runs a hayride and pumpkin farm. He wanted a big one so I donated it to him and return hes letting me grow two plants on his farm next year. It weighed 560 pounds so I could have sold it but sometimes giving them away is just fine.
