Do you pollinate the underside of the lobes and base or on top and inside the females lobes?

Basically rub the male flower all around the entire lobes including the top, sides and center. I try to use 4 males. I tie 2 males off and cut during pollination, and cut 2 the night before and take in the house. That way I know there is no mistaking. I also like to use a sock cut off above the heal to cover the female with. Works great.
