These showed up last night when I was checking out the pumpkins....what are they?

i would venture a guess and say that they are Squash Bug eggs. the guys that know more than me should be able to give you a positive id.

I don't recognize those eggs as being from the notorious "big three" but they probably are GOOD. I would carefully remove the leaf & hatch the eggs to find out. But you might also just gently scrape them off so long as you don't drop them.
