I know this may sound dumb, but with all the bad weather we have had here in NE CO, I have had vines ripped off, killed by hail and wind, and now I have 3-5 vines just going straight up. So how do I determine which one is the main vine and which are the secondaries? I know I need to start staking them down and training them.

You may just have to pick the most vigourous one and make it the "main", tersheraries will be the secondarys.
