Leave them alone....You may need these in the future. Averages of 7-9 male flowers per every female. Its tough for them males.......Except for Brooks plants his seem to always have lots of females.....???

I got ladies everywhere...will prbly be pollinating on Sunday...for my early mid Aug fair pkn. I have already plucked 15 or more females off of this plant...mostly on secondaries.I do have high phos #'s in my soil, which prbly explains this phenomenon. Female to open soonly is approx 11' out on main on 623 VanHook...HammerHole!!!! Peace, Wayne PS. another little lady on main, now showing her smiling face!!!!

Ditto. Tiny plants shouldn't waste energy growing flowers. Flowers also attract Cucumber beetles.
