Help: I'm trying to build the germination box that appears on the Maine PGO web site (with a few mods). I'm having trouble with finding the correct thermostat to use. Local farm stores acted clueless as well as the major building supply stores. Can anyone please suggest a brand, model #, i.e. something specific.

My goal is for the temperature to be constant with the lights and fan to come on to control the temperature.
