I am getting everyrhing ready for the patch. I bought a soil tester kit from Walmart and now it is time for interpetion (cant count off for spelling).
The PH level is 8.0. I have been readingthat it should be around a 7.
What do I need to add?
Thanks Terry Ca.

Save your money...and your soil and have a lab test your PH. These soil test kits in a box are very inaccurate.

as shannon said, " they are innacurrant" most labs will do the test for a few bucks. one thing to remember when using the home test kits, is what is the PH of the water you are mixing into your sample?
