My plant seems to want to bloom males and females on alternate days. I've noticed that some people refrigerate the males? How is this done? What should they be kept in and how long can they be refrigerated? I humbly ask this of thee... O' Great Growers of Giant Pumpkins!

It's quite easy to do. When the male flowers open, pick them and seal them in a zip-lock bag. Put them in the fridge, and they should be good for at least 2 or 3 days!
