I kept the plants in for as long as I could. I put the in the cold frame with the first true leaf away from the morning sun and they've turned about 110 degrees. Since it's been so cold in the mornining and the cold frame doesn't warm up till later do you think they'll turn back when spring does come. or should I start reading "how to train Vines" thanks

I had to train my vines to go were I wanted them to and not were they want to go. I also have one growing down the wrong side of a mound that I will slooooowly move to were it belongs. Dont no if it is right are wrong to move them but sometimes you just have to due whats best for your size of patch. Good Luck

Remember, do NOT try to move them on the cool mornings.
Rather, wait until they are warm in the afternoon.

My advice would be Do not try to move them BUT as the mainvine starts to grow start to train the vine in the direction you want it to go. Move the new growth of the vine about 15 degrees a day on a radius that will not kink the vine As you work use dowels or some other device to hold the vine from moving back. You can find more information on this subject by using the search above. Just my nickels worth Good luck Water= John
