When should I plant my seeds to have a pumpkin for the marion county fair? thanks for any posts

If I recall, Marion Co. Fair is around the July 12. I presume you are talking AG's here. Unless they were entirly greenhouse grown, I don't see having AG's for Marion County. They would have had to be started in Jan. or Feb. Even with field (pie) pumpkins I don't quite see it possible. But, then again, what do I know! :)
We used to live in Madison Co. and had the same problem. Fair was towards the end of June. Only produce to show up was a couple cabbages, some beets, zuccini (?sp), and "salad baskets".

OK. Dumb me! Now I see you are in Indiana. I was referring to Marion Co. OHIO.
Marion Co. INDIANA fair is July 20-29. Still doesn't look too hopeful though. Sorry.
